Mr. Biswajit Kundu turned his passion of clothes into profession by opening the gates of Usha Textile. He laid down the foundation stone of the company in Malda, West Bengal (India) in the year 2017. Wholesaler and Distributor in nature, our company supplies a beautiful range of Ladies Sarees. The founder has not underrated the market demand for Ladies garments and included stunning collection of Sarees in the portfolio. Customers, mainly retailers, wholesalers, boutiques and agents send us inquiries for our range. We are capable of processing the order of any size and within the deadlines.

Strong Business Plans

Before kick-starting the business, the first thing Mr. Biswajit Kundu did is creating a business plan. He understood the fact that without a business plan, it is difficult to keep track of the growth, accomplishments and direction of the business. A business plan is a statement used for outlining specific details about the business and short-term and long-term goals. It specifies the reasons that support the goals, and plans for reaching them. It helps in setting milestones for the business and achieving them in a systematic manner.

Why We Value Customer Relationships?

The most valuable asset of our company is our customers. Customer base is the ground on which our company hopes to flourish, without them our business would not have existed. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance as our customers help in the growth of our company by continuing doing business with us and also by recommending us to their friends and acquaintances. Thus, customer service may be regarded as an integral part of the work we do and not as a separate entity.
